Hey everyone!

Next week Wednesday June 12th there will be another workshop on contact improvisation from 19.30 till 21.00.

Contact improvisation is a form of improvised dancing that involves the exploration of one’s body in relation to others by using the fundamentals of sharing weight, touch, and movement awareness.

You are welcome to arrive already from 19.00 onwards to start warming up/help setting up the space. Please bring comfortable clothes, preferably long pants and long sleeves in which you can dance! The workshop is donation based.

Previous experience is very welcome but not needed :)
